Milwaukee’s Gateway

A vacant lot visualized as a skyline changing development in the City of Milwaukee. Colliers International called on RINKA to produce something that would take a unique site and create something that could change Milwaukee, forever. My job on this project was to build a brand for this development based on the building and site design. The key in my brand building process was to let the amazing work of our architectural designers speak for itself. By employing sans serif typefaces, monochromatic color palette, and graphic information, the renderings do all the talking.
