Future Focused Development

Lakeshore Commons is a one-of-a-kind development on the shores of Lake Michigan in Oak Creek, Wisconsin. This community has an emphasis on amenities, inclusion, and diversity at the heart of it.

With the community situated between Lake Michigan and Oak Creek Lake Vista Park, amenities are rich and incredibly diverse. The development boasts a variety of housing types including apartments, duplexes, town homes, and single-family. This diversity of housing allows for a diversity of people.

My job while creating the brand for this community to emphasis these three core drivers of amenity, inclusion, and diversity. I accomplished this by creating a 70's inspired logo that has playful colors and typefaces. This combination creates a brand that is approachable and welcoming to all.
